Dr. Thomas Joseph
Adjunct Professor, Business Policy and Strategy, IIM & IIT
Dr. Thomas Joseph was an Associate Professor of Strategy and International Business at IIM Udaipur and an adjunct Professor at IIT Delhi. His areas of Research, Teaching and Consulting include Strategy Formulation, Strategy execution, Performance Management, and International business strategy. He is an electrical engineer and also a Fellow (Ph.D.) of IIM Bangalore in the area of Corporate Strategy and Policy.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Thomas was a full time practitioner heading the global strategy department of UAE Exchange, Abu Dhabi for four years. He was also an adjunct faculty of business and management in the University of Wollongong in Dubai. Prior to that, he had worked with Indian Petrochemicals (IPCL), Apollo Tyres Ltd. and Binani Zinc Ltd for about 12 years. He is a member of a number of Management Associations. He has published articles in American Economic Journal-Applied Economics, South Asian Journal of Management, International Journal of Selection and Assessment etc. Between 2013 and 2016 he was serving as a member, Kerala State Innovation Council. Being a sports enthusiast, he captained IPCL in the PSCB National badminton championship in Goa, 2000. He was trained at Harvard Business School, Michigan’s Ross School of Business, Max Planck Institute at Berlin in Management, Economics and Psychology in various years. His initiative at UAE Exchange won the world’s best positive business initiative award by University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2014. He is an exemplary Strategy consultant in the areas of Academics, Business, Politics and Sports.
Renjith Joshua
A serial 100 percentiler in CAT
A B.Tech graduate from College of Engg Trivandrum, Renjith has been in the field of aptitude training for the last ten years. From 2014 to 2021, his CAT percentiles, in order, have been 99.85, 100, 100, 100, 99.99, 99.99, 99.97, and 99.97. More than just teaching Math and English concepts, his fundamental fascination is with the very nature of competition, and the question of how anyone becomes really good at anything. In his spare time, he likes playing video games, playing musical instruments, and listening to podcasts.

Emy Ottaplackal
Emy Ottaplackal is currently pursuing PGP in Management from IIM Kozhikode and has completed her under graduation in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. She has also gotten the opportunity to study and intern in institutes like LSE. Her passion for math, business and social sciences and her constant desire to make a difference has also lead her to win awards from international bodies and debate at national level tournaments.

Multiplying your Arithmetic Quotient ( MyAQ) is a platform by MyLQ Pvt Ltd. Dr. Thomas and Mr. Ranjith are the founders of MyLQ.
8 hours of classroom training and 28 days of platform practice. It can also be done in 2 stages as 4 hours of classroom training followed by 14 days of practice and then again 4 hours followed by 14 days of practice. Content is the arithmetic lessons of class I to VIII combined with a critical thinking mindset. It includes Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, LCM, HCF, Fractions, Decimals, Percentages, Percentage changes, Fraction operations, Decimal operations, Ratios, Proportions, Weighted averages and inverse proportion.
